Overview
Job Description:
Directs the day-to-day operations of the Foundation in the areas of finance and information management. Leads and manages staff in centralized fundraising functions including gift processing, budgeting, fund management, prospect research and planned giving.
Qualifications/Licensure/Education:
Required Education: Bachelors Degree
Preferred Education: Bachelors of Art (BA) in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics
Required Experience: Five to seven (5-7) years of senior leadership experience with strategic planning, policy, and budgeting responsibilities in complex organizations. Broad functional experience in areas of accounting, information management, fund management, communications, and fundraising. Supervisory experience of professional and support staff. Proficiency in donor database/CRM reporting and analytics. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial information and manage data. High level of personal and professional integrity in dealing with colleagues and donors. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated by relating to diverse constituencies. Ability and interest in managing, developing, motivating, and mentoring staff and volunteers. Ability to participate in activities and meet personally with stakeholders throughout Centra's entire healthcare system. Ability to travel and work some evening and weekend hours.
Preferred Experience: Proficiency in Raisers Edge. Knowledge of Centra and community stakeholders. Experience in planned gift development and planned giving modeling
