RN Office Manager CMG - Southside Medical Center

Job Description:

The CMG RN Manager is responsible for planning, directing, maintain daily operations at an individual practice to achieve excellence in the delivery of patient. The CMG RN Manager maintains accountability for the office during hours of operation, and for urgent issues after hours. In this role, the CMG RN Manager plans, organizes, schedules, monitors and leads the work of individuals and groups to attain desired results. Is responsible for training, staff education and clinical competency. This position selects and develops staff to promote a healthy work environment. The CMG RN Manager facilitates Centra’s strategic plan, maintains quality and safe patient care, promotes a service-oriented environment, and functions within budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications/Education/Licensure:

Hold a current, active license as a registered nurse in Virginia or hold a current multistate licensure privilege as a registered nurse. BLS certification within the first six months of employment and maintain current BLS certification. Bachelors or Master's in nursing. If Masters is in nursing, Bachelor’s may be in any field.  At least two years of a combination of experience leading projects and partnering with multiple stakeholders, and/or supervising a team of at least five employees.  At least three years of experience providing customer service and managing conflict.  At least one year of experience with business operations and finance.
